Trust Centre

Public confidence, private club data, and careful account journeys.

MySportsHive needs to earn trust from club leaders, parents, players, officials, sponsors, and public visitors. This page explains what is public, what stays signed in, and where different types of questions should go.

At a glance

The public profile is only one part of the system.

MySportsHive lets a club look credible in public while keeping operational records inside the right signed-in areas. See how the public club profile and private club dashboard fit together.

  • Public club profiles show only the information a club chooses to publish.
  • Members, children, invoices, payments, messages, permissions, and progress records stay signed in.
  • Clubs control club records, public content, safeguarding, fee, refund, and match-day decisions.
  • MySportsHive support helps with platform access, privacy, accessibility, security, invoice download, and payment page issues.

Public club pages stay public-safe

Public club pages use approved public data and should not expose protected members, finance, permissions, or private dashboard records.

  • Open without sign in
  • Empty sections stay hidden
  • Published club content only

Club links preserve context

Club-branded signup, signin, password reset, and invitation links can carry the club context and trusted destination that a user expects.

  • Club name stays visible
  • Email links keep the right destination
  • Area choice only when needed

Parents and players need extra care

Youth sport workflows involve parent-child links, player profiles, guardian approval, and club responsibilities around safeguarding and data accuracy.

  • Parent-child journeys
  • Role-aware visibility
  • Avoid sensitive public form details

Payments are handled carefully

Payment and billing workflows depend on club setup and Stripe/provider configuration. Public package selection is a lead/demo flow, not instant checkout.

  • No public package checkout yet
  • Stripe setup reviewed first
  • Paid terms confirmed before launch

Analytics must be consent-aware

The public portfolio includes consent-aware GA4 wiring and optional attribution storage that stay disabled unless configured and accepted. Ad pixels and behaviour analytics are not installed.

  • Optional analytics only
  • No ad pixels currently wired
  • Consent required before analytics loads

Company details are now known

MY SPORTS HIVE LTD, company number 17043508, is the confirmed legal entity behind MySportsHive, but formal legal review is still required before paid subscription launch.

  • No VAT number currently
  • No public phone support route yet
  • Refund and service commitments

Use the right route for the right issue

MySportsHive helps with platform access, public/private data boundaries, invoice download, payment page issues, accessibility, privacy, and security concerns. Clubs remain the first contact for club policy, safeguarding, medical, match-day, fee decisions, refunds, and manual bank transfer confirmation.

  • Use MySportsHive support for account access, club links, privacy, accessibility, suspected security issues, invoice downloads, and payment page problems.
  • Contact the club first for fee amounts, refund decisions, manual bank transfer confirmation, club policy, team selection, venue accuracy, safeguarding, medical, or match-day concerns.
  • Do not send passwords, full card details, or unnecessary sensitive child or medical information through public support messages.
  • Public club profile corrections usually start with the club; contact MySportsHive if private information appears publicly or a platform review is needed.
