What clubs should know first
- MySportsHive is operated by MY SPORTS HIVE LTD, company number 17043508.
- Public pricing, package interest, contact, and demo forms create follow-up requests; they do not create public checkout, instant subscription purchase, or an automatic paid contract.
- For first external paid onboarding, package selection should lead to a written order form and vendor invoice. The portfolio does not provide public checkout or instant subscription purchase.
- Not currently VAT registered. No VAT number should be displayed and VAT should not be charged unless the company registers for VAT.
- No public ICO registration claim is made at this stage. The ICO fee and registration position should be reassessed before active paid onboarding or live customer club data processing.
- The early support and legal contact route is support@mysportshive.com.

- Backend/application hosting: Laravel Cloud is the current direction.
- Frontend hosting: Netlify is the current direction.
- Payment provider: Stripe is the intended provider for payment routes where configured.

Before a club pays
- The order form should state the selected package, price, billing cycle, onboarding scope, payment due date, support level, and any custom work.
- The payment route should say whether the club will pay by Stripe invoice, Stripe Checkout, Stripe Payment Link, bank transfer, or another agreed route.
- Support hours, response targets, incident communication, cancellation, refunds, suspension, offboarding, and formal notice routes should be written down before payment.
- The club should know which data processing terms and subprocessor information apply before live club/member/player/parent data is handled at scale.
Paid onboarding documents
Each external paid club should have a clear order form or written onboarding agreement that states the selected package, price, billing cycle, onboarding scope, support level, payment due date, cancellation rule, data processing position, and any custom commitments.
Public pricing and product pages help a club decide whether to speak to MySportsHive. The signed or accepted club order form should be the source of truth for that club.
Ekota Academy should remain founding-club/product-shaping context, not an external paid customer or measured paid case study.
Contact route
For support, product, pricing, data, accessibility, or public profile questions, contact support@mysportshive.com or use the public contact form. Signed agreements may define a separate formal notice route, but the early public contact route is support@mysportshive.com.
