Our accessibility commitment
We want MySportsHive to be usable by club authorities, officials, parents, guardians, players, sponsors, and visitors with different access needs.
The public portfolio, help, contact, demo, legal, trust, club profile, and account journeys should be understandable, keyboard friendly, responsive, and readable on common devices.
Target standard
MySportsHive is using WCAG 2.2 AA as a practical internal target where possible. This target covers areas such as keyboard access, visible focus, headings and labels, colour contrast, error messages, target sizes, status messages, and accessible authentication.
We are not claiming that every MySportsHive page, dashboard workflow, profile workflow, invoice PDF, or third-party payment experience has already been independently audited.
Current focus areas
- Readable public portfolio pages across mobile, tablet, laptop, and desktop sizes.
- Clear labels, instructions, and error messages in public contact and demo forms.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, buttons, links, filters, custom selects, and modal interactions.
- Useful alternative text for meaningful images and appropriate handling of decorative media.
- Private dashboard/profile areas such as dynamic tables, forms, invoice flows, child profile flows, medical/profile forms, and payment pages.
Known limitations and review areas
A full accessibility audit is still needed before launch claims are treated as final. Some areas may need more testing, especially complex dashboard tables, dynamic forms, invoice/payment flows, profile child context, generated PDFs, media modals, and third-party payment pages.
Third-party services, browser extensions, payment provider pages, uploaded media, and generated documents may have their own accessibility limitations.
Report an accessibility problem
If you find an accessibility barrier, contact support@mysportshive.com or use the contact form. Include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, what went wrong, and the device, browser, or assistive technology used if you are comfortable sharing it.
Do not send passwords, full card details, or unnecessary sensitive child or medical information in the report.
Response and improvement process
MySportsHive will review accessibility reports, prioritise issues by impact, and include practical fixes in product planning. Formal response targets should be confirmed before they are published as a support promise.
Accessibility work should continue across public portfolio pages, club dashboard workflows, profile journeys, invoices, and onboarding materials as the product matures.
