In practice
- Public demo, pricing, package interest, and contact forms create follow-up requests; they do not create an instant subscription, checkout, or paid contract.
- Paid club onboarding should be confirmed in writing through an order form or agreement that states package, scope, payment, support, cancellation, refund, and data terms.
- Clubs remain responsible for their own safeguarding, medical, match-day, fee, refund, manual bank transfer, public content, and club policy decisions.
Which terms apply
- Public visitors, demo leads, pricing leads, and account users use these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any route-specific notices.
- Paid clubs should rely on the signed or accepted order form, approved subscription terms, and approved data processing terms once those documents are final.
- Parents, players, members, officials, and club staff use MySportsHive through the platform, but fee amounts, refunds, safeguarding, medical, match-day, and club policy decisions remain with the club.
- Club authorities control staff access and permissions for their workspace. A club staff user should only use the areas and records they are authorised to access.
Who uses MySportsHive
MySportsHive supports sports clubs, academies, club authorities, club officials, coaches, parents or guardians, players, sponsors, and visitors. Access and responsibilities vary by role.
A user may arrive through a public page, club-branded sign-up or sign-in link, password reset link, invitation, profile area, club dashboard, or public support form.
Accounts and access
- You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure.
- Do not share credentials or use another person's account without permission.
- Club-branded links may carry club context, invitation metadata, guardian approval context, or a trusted next destination.
- You may be asked which MySportsHive area to open when your account has more than one possible destination.
- MySportsHive may suspend or restrict access where needed to protect users, clubs, data, or platform integrity.
Club responsibilities
- Clubs are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of club workspace data they add or manage.
- Clubs are responsible for assigning staff access only to people who need it.
- Clubs should publish only public information that they are comfortable showing anonymously on public club profile pages.
- Clubs are responsible for their safeguarding, membership, payment, refund, attendance, communication, and internal policies.
- Clubs should verify public profile content, sponsor content, images, news, and contact details before publication.
Public club profile pages
Public club profile pages are intended to show approved club information to anonymous visitors. Missing optional sections such as sponsors, media, news, or activities are normal when a club has not published that content.
MySportsHive should not expose protected member, finance, permission, or private dashboard data through public club pages.
Pricing, demos, and packages
Public pricing is currently package-led and demo-led. Package interest, contact, support, and demo forms create lead records for follow-up.
For first external paid onboarding, package selection should lead to a written order form and vendor invoice. The portfolio does not provide public checkout or instant subscription purchase.
Prices, package scope, migration, payment setup, custom domains, integrations, taxes, and support commitments must be confirmed before a club relies on them.
Club billing and payments
Some club dashboard and backend features support billing or payment-related workflows where configured. These are separate from public portfolio package purchase.
If a club uses a configured payment provider, that provider may apply its own terms, fees, verification, payout, refund, and dispute rules. MySportsHive should not be treated as storing card or bank credentials directly through the public portfolio site.
Acceptable use
- Do not break the law, upload unlawful content, harass users, impersonate others, or misuse club data.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, role access, permissions, dashboard boundaries, or public/private data separation.
- Do not upload malware, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape protected data, spam users, or disrupt the service.
- Do not send passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary sensitive child information through public support forms.
Content and intellectual property
You or your club retain responsibility for the content you provide. You grant MySportsHive the permission needed to host, process, display, transmit, and support that content for product operation.
MySportsHive software, brand assets, designs, and product materials belong to MySportsHive or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or misuse them except as allowed by written agreement or law.
Service limits and safety
MySportsHive is not an emergency safeguarding, medical, or law enforcement service. Urgent welfare or safety issues should be handled through the club and relevant emergency or safeguarding channels.
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Some features may change as the product develops.
Notices and contact
For support, account, privacy, legal, or product questions, contact support@mysportshive.com or use the public contact form. Signed club agreements may define a formal notice method using the registered office, the support inbox, or another approved route.
